Brick Oven Pizza, Dough with ScandAles
Our pizza is baked in an oven from Italy, giving every pie the perfect finish. The dough is made with 70% hydration, with part of that hydration coming from our own ScandAles Amber Ale for a one-of-a-kind crust. Because the dough is made with beer brewed right here at Off The Tracks, it's a pizza experience unique to our brewery.

Off the Tracks is a vibe! Super chill spot, can hang here with friends with their open layout. They're pizza is amazing! Some decent beer options too.
Good food: The meatballs are a must try! Their pizza and Wings were very savory too. good friendly service, good atmosphere..
Nice inside and outdoor seating looked great as well. Staff was really friendly. Food was great. Highly recommend the pig tail appetizer.
